Sex Offenders Sentenced In Ohio County

The Ohio County Prosecutor’s Office announced Tuesday that several people had recently been sentenced to prison on sexual offender charges. Chris Lipscomb, 54, was sentenced Tuesday to no less than three and no more than 15 years in prison for sexual assault of an 18-year-old guest in his home. The crime occurred in Wheeling in January 2025, Ohio County Prosecutor Shawn Turak said, and the victim was a guest and friend of the family.
