The Wheeling Police Department is investigating the death of two people found at a home on Storch Avenue.

Officers were called to the residence around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday. Inside, they found a man and a woman deceased.

The bodies were transported to the West Virginia Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsies to determine the manner and cause of death.

Police note there are no public safety concerns in the area. The case remains under investigation.
