JAMES DAILY

He was born in Wheeling, son of the late Carl and Goldie (Starkey) Daily.

He was a member of Warwood United Methodist Church and a Veteran of the US Marines. He was a WVU fan and an avid reader. He was a Mason and a devoted husband.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Tom.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna (Larese) Daily; nieces, Michelle (Tim) Sheahan, Janice (Ray) Thomas; nephew, Mark (Jean Ann) Larese; several great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Monday December 4, 2023 from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Home, Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Ave., Wheeling (304-277- 2722).

Interment will be private in Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens.
