JUDITH MILLER

Judy was born in Wheeling, W. Va. on December 6, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Judston C. and Loretta A. (Wollenweber) Burnett.

She was a retired customer service rep at Citizens Savings Bank, Martins Ferry, Ohio.

She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church Martins Ferry, Ohio, a volunteer at Wheeling Hospital and board member of Wheeling Hospital Auxiliary.

She was a loved member of the Ohio River Valley Elks Lodge in Martins Ferry.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James T. and sister Emily L. Saseen.

She is survived by a brother, Donald W. Seth, Monectia, CA and Great Niece Emily Kranske of Wheeling, WV as well as several other nieces and nephews of West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Keller Funeral Home 615 Hanover St., Martins Ferry, OH, where friends will be received Sunday Aug. 31 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Martins Ferry, OH at 10 a.m. Sept. 1, 2025, with Rev. Thomas Marut officiating as a celebrant.

Interment at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling, WV on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025 at noon.
