James Spencer Richmond, 91, of Paden City, WV heard the final call for Fire Chief Richmond and was reunited with the love of his life, Loretta Richmond on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday, January 12, 2026 and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at the Jarvis Williams Funeral Home, 309 N Fourth Ave., Paden City where services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 14, 2026 with Jeremy Joy officiating with burial to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens.
