Paesani, Judith Bartell, 92, died peacefully and surrounded by her family on November 24, 2025 in Wheeling, after an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Aldene (Miller) Bartell of West Liberty. Judy was a graduate of West Liberty High School, West Liberty State College, and the University of Connecticut.
