Joann (Staten) Capp, 90 of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at her residence under the care of her family with the assistance of Amedisys Hospice. Joann was born on January 26. 1934 in Wheeling, WV. She was the daughter of the late Walter Staten and Thelma (Schupbach) Staten. Joann was a homemaker that loved to bake and cook. Many will remember Joann for her love of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
