Born on April 1, 1940, in Wheeling, WV, Tom was a cherished son of the late Kenneth “Mike” and Alberta (Abraham) Leonard. Tom dedicated his professional life to AEP-Mitchell Power Plant, where he was known for his meticulous attention to detail and steadfast work ethic. Deborah Mae Hinkelman, 68, of Wheeling passed away on Sunday June 9, 2024 at home. She was born in Wheeling on July 28, 1955, daughter of the late Charles and Laura (Reass) Hinkelman. Deborah Mae was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. Faith, family and her cats were everything to her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Jean Hinkelman.
