Charles R. “Chuck” Elston, a cherished educator and devout community member, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2026, at the age of 83, at Wheeling Hospital Continuous Care Center in his beloved hometown of Wheeling, WV. Born on December 10, 1942, Chuck dedicated his life to the pursuit of knowledge and the nurturing of young minds.
