Phillip Beaman, 78 of Wellsburg, WV passed away July 31, 2026, at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV. He was born October 8, 1947, in Wheeling, WV to the late Jack and Myrtle White Beaman. He was retired as a line operator for Crown Cork & Seal and served as a Navy Veteran during the Vietnam war. Phil was a true outdoorsman who loved fishing with his family. Visitation is Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, OH. The following day, Monday, August 3, 2026, there will be visitation from 12 p.m., until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at the Morristown Christian Church in Morristown, Ohio, with Pastor Curtis Hallstrom officiating.
