Phillip Beaman, 78 of Wellsburg, WV passed away July 31, 2026, at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV. He was born October 8, 1947, in Wheeling, WV to the late Jack and Myrtle White Beaman. He was retired as a line operator for Crown Cork & Seal and served as a Navy Veteran during the Vietnam war. Phil was a true outdoorsman who loved fishing with his family.
