She was born June 29, 1934 in Pine Grove, WV; the daughter of the late Delbert and Harriett Shreve Barr. Delberta was the former produce manager for State Food Store, worked at A&P Grocery Store; was Protestant by faith; liked to color; enjoyed collecting the little treasures in life; and loved to play games with her grandson, Sam.
