She was born December 7, 1944, in Washington, DC, a daughter of the late George & Mildred (Brooks) Rankin. Arlene retired from New Cumberland Sparkle and New Cumberland Prescription Center; and was a member of the Chester 1st Christian Church. Surviving are her husband of 47 years, James B.
