Fred Elwood Horner 71, of Cameron W.V. passed away Saturday, February 11, 2024. Fred was born July 17, 1952 in Glen Dale, WV, son of the late John Frank and Elnor Marie (Thomas) Horner. Fred was a member of the Big Run Christian Church. Fred retired from the Upper High Valley of Wheeling. Preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Dale White and his wife, Bonnie Nesselroad.
