Frank was born June 22, 1924, in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late John and Anna (Pachoriek) Wojcik. Frank was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. He was a crane operator at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Martins Ferry Plant, retiring after 39 years.
