Betty Zeigler, 97, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Villa Vista Royale, in Steubenville, OH. She was born on March 2, 1926, in Hundred, WV, to the late Frank and Goldie (Wise) Masters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Zeigler; her brother, Vincent Masters and her son, David Masters.
