John “Bud” Lewis Sneddon Sr., 83, of Bethesda, OH passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Barnesville Hospital. He was born February 16, 1940 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late John and Nora Culley Sneddon. John was a retired office executive of the former Wheeling- Pittsburgh Steel Corporation, where he worked for 49 years. Kathryn Ethel “Kay” Skidmore, age 72, passed away on September 25, 2023, in Lebanon, TN. She was born on August 28, 1951, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Leo and Velma (Martin) Galloway. Kay was known for her outgoing personality and her ability to make friends wherever she went. She worked for Marx Toys, Warwood BP/Exxon, and in home health.
