Marilyn Pramesa, 86 of Wheeling, WV, passed away peacefully at home on February 12, 2023, with her daughter and granddaughters by her side. She was born in Wheeling, WV. She retired from Centre Cable in Warwood and was a Catholic by faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Pramesa of 64 years of marriage, an infant son, and her brother Jerry Barnhart. David Allen Sweeney, 60 of Wellsburg, WV passed away February 13, 2023, at home. He was born February 25, 1962, in Wheeling, Wv to the late Charles and Lina Mueller Sweeney. He worked as a security guard for Mountaineer Racetrack. David was survived by her sister Shirley Baker, a nephew Joe Baker both of Morgantown, Wv and his Mountaineer Racetrack family.
