Barbara Ann Ebbert, 68, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on January 28, 2026 at Wheeling Hospital - WVU. She was born November 25, 1957, a daughter of the late Henry and Devona (Hull) Ebbert. Barbara worked as a clerk at Kroger for many years and was a member of the Elm Grove Eagles. Barbara is survived by her loving significant other, Tom Schmelick; two sons, Ryan (Sara) Grandstaff and Jason (Jessica) Grandstaff; three grandchildren; seven siblings; three nephews, two great-nephews, two great-nieces and her beloved dog.
