Editor, News-Register: Bravo and congratulations Swank Construction! Not only are you doing an excellent job refurbishing our bridges, you are completing it ahead of schedule. In the past, the Ohio Valley has been tortured by so many never-on-time construction companies. It is wonderful when a company actually surpasses expectations. I hope those writing future construction contracts will take notice.
