Several matters were outlined by Moundsville City Manager Rick Healy at Tuesday’s meeting. A dog park was opened recently in the southern section of Riverfront Park. There are two enclosed sides—one for small dogs and one for larger dogs. A formal ribbon cutting will take place in the spring when a water hydrant will be installed. The annual Christmas Parade will take place today (Saturday) in Cameron. The line-up for the parade will begin at the former high school parking lot.
