High School Roundup: Barnesville Collects Four Wins In Boys‘ High School Golf Play
MOUNDSVILLE – Barnesville improved to 7-1 in boys’ high school action Friday at the Moundsville Country Club. The Shamrocks carded a 4-player total of 153 to defeat western Belmont County rival Union Local by eight shots. Shadyside was third with 186, while Monroe Central and River tied at 202. Barnesville’s Blaine Thompson was medalist with a 9-hole round of 37. Paxton Gentile and Landon Hanasky both carded 39 to lead the Jets.
