Ohio Valley Ironmen Release 42-Player Roster For Opener
MOUNDSVILLE – The International Football Alliance’s Ohio Valley Ironmen have released their roster ahead of Saturday night’s season-opener against the Cincinnati Dukes at John Marshall High School’s Monarch Stadium.
The 42-player roster includes eight wide receivers, seven defensive line, seven offensive linemen, six linebackers, five defensive backs, three running backs, two quarterbacks, a tight end, a punter, a kicker and a long snapper.
Four of the players have Ohio Valley roots. They are former Linsly standout and Bridgeport resident Chance Knight (6-3, 255, Marietta College, DL); former River speedster Michael Johnson (6-0, 170, WR); former Bellaire athlete Jaiden Kesterson (6-2, 225, LB); and former Union Local product Joey Brown (5-11, 230, LB).
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
