MORGANTOWN — West Virginia football defensive back Jordan Scruggs and defensive lineman Eddie Kelly Jr. are exhausting options to play another year for the Mountaineers. Scruggs and Kelly took to social media to announce that they are seeking a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction against the NCAA to play another season. GLADE SPRINGS — After entering the final round of the 93rd West Virginia Open Championship at The Resort at Glade Springs, Follannsbee native Ryan Bilby was overtaken Friday to finish as runner-up at the three-day contest, finishing behind Bridgeport native Mason Williams. Williams shot a 68 on Friday to finish his three rounds with a 206 total— 10 below Par. It is his first time winning the W.Va. Open. Bilby shot a 72 to finish at a 209 gross.
