An Idea on Parking
Editor, News-Register:
At the risk of overlooking obvious reasons why it cannot be done, has any consideration been given to the possibility of utilizing the basement and/or lower floors of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Building for parking spaces?
It would be more convenient and safer for tenants and could possibly be accomplished at a lower cost than purchasing land in the middle of downtown. Just a thought!
