William Curtis Hall, Jr., 81, of Wheeling, passed away Thursday August 22, 2024, in Good Shepherd.
He was born November 29, 1942, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late William and Ruth Hall.
He was a retired Inventory Clerk for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Beech Bottom plant. William was a 32nd Degree Mason and a 50-year member and past master of Ohio lodge #1 and member of the Osiris Shrine. He was also a member of the Cave Club and Elks Lodge 28.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years Betty Jo (Gittings) Hall; son, William C. (Bri) Hall III of Canonsburg, PA; daughter, Joanna Lynne (Chad) Bulger of St. Clairsville, OH; sister, Bonnie (Robert) Harrison; brother-in- law, Michael (Mindy) Gittings; two grandsons, Ethan Hall, Chad Bulger; three granddaughters, Mercedes Bulger, Becca Bulger (Chase Stephens), Bella Messer; great grandson, Barrett Stephens; three nephews, Chad (Tim Stires) Gittings, David (Rachel) Gittings, Jason (Kari) Henderson.
Friends will be received on Sunday, August 25, 2024, from 4-8 PM and again on Monday, August 26, 2024, from 10 am until the time of service at 11am at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311) Interment will follow in Greenwood Ceme- tery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Child- ren's Hospital.
