Robert (Bob) Reddy, beloved son, husband, and father, passed away at home in Wheeling on August 21st at the age of 67. Bob was born on October 3, 1957, in Wheeling to James and Eleanor Reddy. He is survived by his wife Janine (Jones) Reddy, his children Sarah Reddy and David Reddy, and his sister Cathy Woodburn. Bob loved playing sports, from basketball in his youth, to tennis in adulthood, to coaching soccer for his two children. Marilyn L. Rulong, 90, of Moundsville, WV; died Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Shadyside Care Center. Marilyn was born February 4, 1935; the daughter of the late Hubert and Alma Rine Holmes. She was a clerk at Sears and a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three daughters, Kathleen Richards, Barbara Otte, Leeann Wallace; two sisters, Eula Richards and Clarice Burt; two brothers, Harold and Bill Holmes.
