Terry was born May 2, 1951, in Martins Ferry, OH, son of the late Stan and Cathy (Benko) Ignace. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Stephanie. Terry was a long-time retiree of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp., the Smithfield Water Department, and the State of Ohio. He was a hard worker, never shying away from any task.
