Bruce A. and Dorothy Henderson of St. Clairsville celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Wednesday, Sept. 24.

They were united in marriage Sept. 24, 1949 at First Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Arnold Kuhl.

Dorothy Henderson is the former Dorothy B. Campbell.

Their family includes a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Larry Fraleigh of Moundsville, and a granddaughter.

An open house celebration will be held in the fellowship hall at First Presbyterian Church, Marietta and Woodrow streets, St. Clairsville, from 2-4 p.m. today, Sept. 28. The event will be hosted by their daughter and son-in-law and their granddaughter. Family, friends and neighbors are invited to attend. The couple requests no gifts.
