McConnaughys Hit 30th
Charles and Barbara McConnaughy of Wheeling celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary Saturday, Jan. 3.
They were united in marriage Jan. 3, 1985.
Barbara McConnaughy is the daughter of the late Clarence and Martha Ferus of Cleveland. She is a graduate of Ohio University and is a retired teacher in Ohio County Schools.
Charles McConnaughy is the son of the late Charles and Genevieve McConnaughy. He is a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and an Air Force veteran. He is retired from Laborers Local 1149.
They are the parents of a daughter, Laura, with whom they celebrated the occasion at a special dinner.
