Don and Nancy Hinton of Bethlehem will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, July 1.

They were united in marriage on July 1, 1950 at the former Bethlehem Chapel by the late Rev. Carroll Thorn.

Nancy Hinton is the daughter of the late Wilbur and Alice Pethtel Grant.

Don Hinton is the son of the late Thomas and Edna Bennett Hinton.

Thed couple owned and operated the Central Window Cleaning Co. until 2013. The company was founded by her parents in 1945.

They are the parents of three children. The family includes Jerry and his wife, Rhonda, of Adena; Sally Sechrest and her husband, Bill, of Bethlehem and D. Kent Hinton, deceased. They have three granddaughters, two great-granddaughters and three great-grandsons.

Their children are honoring the couple with a family getaway to Pine Lakes Lodge Bed and Breakfast Resort in Salesville.
