Martins Mark 40th Year
James and Donna Martin of Wheeling will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday, April 24.

They have three children: LeMoyne Jackson of Columbus, Delvonda Jackson of Wheeling and Regis Martin of Wheeling. They also have 10 grandchildren.
