Fred and Elaine Muldrew of Vinton, Va., celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 25.

They were united in marriage on June 25, 1966, at Warwood Christian Church in Warwood, Wheeling.

Elaine Muldrew is the daughter of the late Samuel and Delores Murray. She is a graduate of Warwood High School.

Fred Muldrew is son of the late Fred N. Muldrew. He is retired from Exxon Corp. and is a graduate of Wheeling High School and Wheeling Barber College.

They are the parents of two children: Sean (Suzanne) of Vinton, Va., and Jason (Kathy), stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, N.C.. They have two grandchildren.

The couple celebrated with a luncheon cruise on the Virginia Dare at Smith Mountain Lake in Virgina.
