Sechrests Celebrate 40th
Bill and Sally Sechrest of Bethlehem will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Sept. 4.
They were united in marriage on Sept. 4, 1976, at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Mount Olivet, with the Revs. Carl Bauer and Peter Schlichting as celebrants.
Sally Sechrest is the daughter of Don and Nancy Hinton of Bethlehem. She has been employed by The Kroger Co. for 44 years.
Bill Sechrest is the son of the late William and Stella (Naruszewicz) Sechrest. He retired from Consol Energy Inc. after 42 years of service.
They are the parents of two daughters. The family includes Melanie (Nathan) Skrzypek and Melissa (Andrew) Stewart. They have three grandsons and one granddaughter.
