Marshalls Mark 45 Years
John and Sandra Marshall will celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary on Saturday.
They were united in marriage on April 8, 1972, at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, with the late Revs. Robert M. Sheehan and John Karnes officiating. Carol V. Ridgely, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Michael O. Freeman served as best man.
Sandra Lynn Marshall is the daughter of the late Robert G. and Jean Wilson.
John Siebert Marshall is the son of the late John F. and Cornelia Marshall.
The couple operated a Nationwide Insurance Agency in St. Clairsville for 35 years and are now retired.
To celebrate, they plan to take an extended trip to Utah to visit five national parks.
