On Oct. 27, 2022, the longtime residents of Wellsburg, W.Va., John and Martha Isinghood, will be celebrating their 60th year of happy marriage.

John is a 1959 graduate of Wellsburg High School. He retired from Brooke County Department of Highways with 32 years of service.

Martha (Miller) is also a graduate of Wellsburg High School from the class of 1962. She is a homemaker.

They are loving parents, grandparents and great-grandparents.

Married on Oct. 27, 1962, John and Martha spent their lives together, raising their family in Wellsburg. They have one daughter, Connie Isinghood; two grandchildren, Heather Isinghood and Justin Coen; and two great-grandchildren, Donavan Forester and Kylee Forrester.
