Loren and Phyllis Cecil of Moundsville are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were united in marriage on July 23, 1966. Loren Cecil retired from Ohio Power’s Kammer Plant, and Phyllis Cecil retired from BB&T. Their children are Melissa (Kevin) Jones          of Charleston and Kevin (Anne) Cecil of Hurricane.
