Artists On Call has planned its fourth annual holiday fundraising performance events. This year the group is excited to stage two different Christmas shows at The Strand Theatre in Moundsville.

The hilarious Broadway musical “Nuncrackers” will hit the state at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30 and at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1. Pre-sale tickets and tickets at the door will be available.

“An Ohio Valley Christmas” makes its second-year debut at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14. This is a cabaret-style show that features many Ohio Valley artists, including Debbie Burnsworth, Jamboree USA star JoAnn Davis, Nikki Fleming, Samantha and Jessica Jasinksi, Kelly and Susan Moore, Michael Murphy, Dirk Roe, John Stauver, D. David Stiles, Marion Stolz and Julie Zogg – with special guests Stevie Lynn Boles, Tim O’Grady Jr., Tim O’Grady III and Matt Van Fossen.

Both Christmas shows are family-friendly and sure to put you in the holiday spirit.

∫ Sunday, Nov. 17 – Chunky Knit Blanket Workshop at 4 p.m. at the Shadyside Community Center, 50 E. 39th St., Shadyside

∫ Friday, Nov. 22 — Winter Sled Painting Workshop at 6 p.m. at the Shadyside Community Center, 50 E. 39th St., Shadyside.

∫ Sunday, Dec. 15 — Fourth Annual Holiday Marketplace, handcraft/vendor fair, from noon-3 p.m. at the Shadyside American Legion, 50 E. 39th St., Shadyside.

Artists On Call is a nonprofit community of professional artists of many disciplines who use their talents to give back. Proceeds from the fundraising events support a small business artist and the community!
