Marshall County Native Heads to Mrs. Globe

Carrie Yarnall

Born and raised in the rolling hills of West Virginia, Marshall County native Carrie Yarnall is deep in her preparations for the Mrs. Globe international pageant that will be held this December in Shenzhen, China.

Yarnall, the daughter of Bill Bledsoe Jr. and Cynthia Patrello Morris, was crowned Mrs. North America Globe 2019 this past June in Palm Springs, California. As Mrs. North America Globe 2019, she will spend her year volunteering with many of her favorite local, national and international non-profit organizations.

A licensed veterinary technician for over 10 years, Yarnall’s passion for animals led her to become an advocate for animal rescue and adoption. To champion her cause, she has partnered with the Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County in the Eastern Panhandle where she now lives. She also works closely with Paws of Honor, a national nonprofit that provides veterinary care and supplies at no cost to retired military and law enforcement K9s.

Yarnall is also a spokeswoman for the Women In Need Foundation, an international organization that provides support for women who are victims of abuse and trauma.

This Thanksgiving, Yarnall will travel to Shenzhen, China where she will represent North America in the most prestigious international pageant for married women. She will compete against women from all over the world for the coveted title of Mrs. Globe. She currently resides in Charles Town, Wet Virginia with her husband of six years, James, their 5-year-old daughter, Brinley, and their three dogs and nine cats.

Starting at $2.99/week.
