‘Project Hail Mary’ Showing at Moundsville Library

MOUNDSVILLE – There will be a free film showing on Monday, Aug. 31, at the Moundsville-Marshall County Public Library. The start time will be 5:30 p.m., in the downstairs meeting room. The feature is “Project Hail Mary, a sci-fi adventure/dark comedy based on the novel by Andy Weir. It is being hailed as a modern cinematic masterpiece, starring Ryan Gosling. MOUNDSVILLE – The Strand Theatre announced auditions for “Love, Loss and What I Wore.” This evocative and moving play features monologues and ensemble pieces about women, clothes and memory.
