Drugs and violent crimes top the accusations against the 20 people indicted by the May term of the Ohio County grand jury this week.

Sixteen of the 20 people named in the indictments have been arrested and charged. Four people remained at large as of Friday afternoon, and will be named upon their arrests.

Hearings will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday in the courtrooms of Judge David Sims and Judge James Mazzone at the City-County Building in Wheeling.

Indictments include the following felonies:

– David Lamont Hicks, 40, of Wheeling, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (cocaine), one count of delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, and one count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

– Zachary Douglas Hester, 26, of Wheeling, delivery of cocaine and heroin near a school, conspiracy to deliver heroin and cocaine.

– Rasean Alexander Pitts, 25, of Bellaire, attempted delivery of cocaine, possession of cocaine, conspiracy to deliver cocaine.

– Ryan Taylor Patterson, 26, of Bellaire, attempted delivery of cocaine, possession of cocaine, conspiracy to deliver cocaine.

– Andre Dante Maurice Wilson, 32, of Martins Ferry, first degree robbery.

– Bryan Michael Humphrey, 24, of Wheeling, first-degree robbery, malicious assault, domestic violence, third offense.

– Daniel Lee Bruce Jr., 32, of Cadiz, attempted malicious assault.

– Dwyane O’Brien Grantham, 36, of Wheeling, unlawful possession of a firearm.

– Michael James Jaeger, 26, of Wheeling, burglary and unlawful restraint.

– Justin Scott Lang, 27, of Wellsburg, domestic violence, strangulation.

– Wendy L. Roeder, 38, of Wheeling, two counts of robbery in the second degree.

– Pete Michael Harlan, 25, of Bellaire, burglary.

– Aaron Richard Jennewine, 26, of Powhatan Point, four counts of fraud with an access device.

– Charles Douglas Martin Jr., 38, of Wheeling, domestic violence, third offense.

– Colton Reid Davis, 28, of Wheeling, burglary.

– Latoya Marie Rosiek, 32, of Muse, Pa., fraudulent schemes and conspiracy.
