WHEELING – The annual Wheeling Arts Festival, presented by the city of Wheeling and the Wheeling Arts & Cultural Commission, drew hundreds of visitors to Wheeling Park on Saturday.

The day-long event featured local and regional performing artists, visual artists, writers, musicians, crafters, artisans and more with scores of booths showcasing the talents of some of the region’s most creative and skilled artists.
