MOUNDSVILLE — The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department is increasing patrols for Memorial Day weekend. Sheriff Mike Dougherty said additional deputies will be on patrol throughout Marshall County beginning today and continuing through the holiday weekend. Ohio’s job market appears to be resilient in the face of higher gasoline prices, a conflict in Iran and other potentially disruptive events across the world.
