Wheeling Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest

A Wheeling man was arrested Monday morning on drug charges following a traffic stop near Bridge Park, the Wheeling Police Department announced Monday. Gabriel Matthew Gelena, 22, was charged with one count of possession to deliver a controlled substance. Officers patrolling Wheeling Island around 8 a.m. initiated a traffic stop on North Wabash Street near Bridge Park.
