Joseph J. Kostelecsky, 74, of Sherrard, WV, passed away peacefully, on Sunday, June 19, 2026 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Joseph was born on December 23, 1951 in Wheeling, WV, to the late Joseph J. Kostelecsky, Sr. and Mary Alice (Storm) Kostelecsky. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Mary Jo (Tim) Holloway, Rose (Dick) Battista and Martha (Bill) Tucker.
