Pastor William “Bill” J. Brown, 92, of Wellsburg, WV passed away August 11, 2024, at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV. He was born April 10, 1932, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Albert Raymond and Lavera Hullihen Brown. Bill retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel with over 44 years of service and was a Lay Pastor for the Upper Ohio Valley Presbytery. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers Alfred and Buster Brown, and a sister Betty Jane Brown.
