Roy J. Moore, age 74, of Clarington, OH, passed away Sunday, December 10, 2023, at Select Specialty Hospital surrounded by his family. Roy was born March 23, 1949, to the late Roy F. Moore and Freda C (Dierkes) Moore of Miltonsburg, Ohio. Roy was a skilled welder by trade, retired coal miner and a Navy Vietnam Veteran. Roy was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved spending time in his shop welding and fabricating.
