Frank Anthony Carolla Jr., of Wheeling, WV, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023 at age 65. He was born January 28, 1958, in Uniontown, PA, a son of the late Frank Anthony Carolla, Sr. and Loretta Kovach Carolla. He was preceded in death by his parents. Roger was a retired rural mail carrier for the U.S. Post Office and dairy farmer; a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam War being awarded the Purple Heart; member of the Church of Christ, Farm Bureau, Cameron VFW, and Cameron American Legion; and a life-time member of the Marshall County Fairboard.
