Thomas “Tom” Vargo, 71, of Wellsburg, WV formerly of Cape Coral, FL passed away November 17, 2023, at Trinity West, Steubenville, OH. He was born June 3, 1952, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Edward George Vargo Sr. and Wilma Estherine Fornari Vargo. He worked Valley Camp Coal Corp. for 11 years before moving to Cape Coral FL, where he worked at the Cape Coral Hospital in the maintenance dept. and was an Army Veteran during Peacetime.
