Janet Rodriguez, 94, of Wheeling, WV died on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 in the Wheeling Hospital. Janet was born in Logan, WV with her twin sister, Jane, to Mr. & Mrs. M.B. Kendall. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Roberta, and her son, Philip. She was a graduate of Logan High School and WVU with an MA in Education & English.
