Linda J. (Ickler) Evans of Moundsville passed away on October 18, 2023. She was born in Wheeling, WV in November 1946 to the late Howard W. Ickler, Sr., and Georgeanna (Allen) Ickler of Wheeling, WV. She was a graduate of the former Union High School, Benwood, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Frank T. Evans, Jr., of Moundsville.
